Dave and I were expecting our first baby and wanted to own a house so that we would not be trapped in continuing to pay rent.  Our problem was that although we both had good jobs and good credit, we were paying for things for our new baby and had very little cash.  John sent us to see several homes to drive by and look over but nothing seemed to work in the very competitive market.  He checked newly listed home every week and sent them to us.  One day while John was seeing Dave for his regular chiropractic visit he told Dave about a great deal in Pasadena.  We knew when we heard about it and subsequently saw it that is was the perfect place for us to start our family.  John found a lender that had a zero down payment loan and had us pre-approved before we even made the offer.  John helped us negotiate a contract that went very smoothly and closed on our house two weeks before the baby was due.  We literally moved one day before Rachel our new arrival was born.  Now we own our own home and the payments are very little more that we would have paid for rent.        Nichole Kuo
